• OTEx is an in-house OMS that receives orders originating from clients, Internal applications etc through multiple channels
• Validates and enriches the orders .Orders are routed to External Brokers / Venues.
• Executions received from Brokers/ Venues are sent to Clients and back office System for settlement.

My Responsibilities Include

• Analysis of requirements provided by the stake holders.
• Creating and refining user stories.
• Interface and Gap analysis for integrating with external systems.
• Technical Specification and documentation for new features and change requests

• Platform for storing documents, feeds, records from various application to comply the legal and regulatory requirements
• The data archived is in different formats
• Archival System provides easy and secure way to retrieve the documents from the archiving platform.

My Responsibilities Include

• On board Application to the Archival platform.
• Requirement Analysis and Interface analysis.
• Support application in UAT and PAT phase.
• Plan release and sign off with applications and deployment

• On boarding of new client and brokers to the platform

• Establishing fix connectivity and certification.
• Implementing new features and change requests

• Application receives feeds from containing customer information who had applied for credit or travel cards etc
• Application preforms validations and enrichments

and sends it to external vendor for creating the plastic cards.

My Responsibilities Include:
• Minor enhancements.
• Third Level Support.

• Consisted suite of applications accessed across various international locations.
• They generate significant revenue to the client; Their non availability causes financial loss and reputational risk to the client
• Application errors have to be analysed , and tracked using the incident management tools.
