Accomplishments

NOBELBIOCARE

  • Developed and implemented within the first months after I was hired, a standard approval process that was adopted globally for any out of cycle salary increase, international assignment offers or Ad Hoc C&B programs, this new approval process supported senior management to have better control of labor costs and ensure a consistence approach across all regions
  • Co-lead the design and implementation of a new Sales Incentive Plan within a very short timeline to rapidly align the business with the new business strategy
  • Drive strong negotiations with global mobility vendors & payroll providers and consultants to minimize administration costs & improve the service. Cost savings achieved in this area of 200k

KENNAMETAL

  • Reviewed current health benefit offerings and recommended a cost efficient benefit program across the two regions
  • Coach & Counsel all the partners, managers and executives of the region to fully embrace the new Total Rewards Philosophy and implement all the new programs within a short time frame
  • Optimized the Merit review process by developing clear regional guidelines, streamlining different process and timelines across the region to avoid waste of resources

AGCO

  • Developed a new Incentive Plan was successful implemented in all countries of EMEA & APAC regions this process eliminated manual calculations and discrepancies across the regions
  • Developed a new job description template that reduce complexity for HR Partners, managers and the recruitment team, later this new approach has been adopted by the global headquarter team
  • Lead successfully the job evaluation and salary review process of a new organizational structure within the key functions such commercial, marketing, customer service and engineering
  • For the development of an analytical tool to streamline organizational layers, this tool was very efficient for the analysis, therefore later this approach was applied to other business units
