Project Description:

The purpose of designing the telecom intelligence solution is to provide system which focuses on learning of the tastes and preferences of mobile subscribers and extend offers to them through partner networks to prevent churn and retain customers. It also focuses on the risks, opportunities and threats to the business from competitors and takes decision accordingly in an effort to retain customers.

Project Description:

Project Description:

CRM Act requires OEM's like Nissan to report periodically to NHTSA, a wide variety of information related to potential safety-related defect, foreign safety recalls & other safety campaigns. Project aims to replace Nissan’s existing CRM Act reporting system with a new system using Business Objects to produce the respective summary & detail reports as well as provide foundation for ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Nissan’s existing application faces several problems in terms of Data Quality, Data Reliability, Data Consistency and Report ability. Currently there is limitation on performing ad-hoc analysis and it is difficult to consolidate multi-source data and produce reports manually. The new system utilizes Informatica Power Center 8.6 for ETL, Oracle 11g for the supporting database, and the SAP Business Objects suite for reporting and analytics, with Xcelsius & .NET Portal as the primary end-user interfaces
