Coordinated national training programs for HIV rapid diagnostic testing (RDT) and early infant diagnosis (EID), managed facility upgrades, and supervised the procurement of diagnostic equipment and supplies:

• Led national rollout of HIV RDT and EID training, reaching over 100 healthcare facilities.
• Oversaw laboratory upgrades that improved diagnostic capacity and access at the public facilities in multiple regions, and reintroduction of lab services and establishment of the first ART clinic within the Ministry of Defence.
