• Project Management: Prepared and managed the Country Strategy Management Plans for 15 countries including administratively supporting on day-to-day communication, coordination with donors mainly BHA and ECHO and monitor partnership budgets, conduct risk analysis and monitoring of systems.
• Event Planning: Supported the planning and implementation of the annual IMPACT Regional Coordination Meetings in Moldova and Kenya including content development, logistics and event coordination.
• Assessments, Evaluations and Surveys: Created CSP tracker, risk matrix dashboard with metrics on donor requirements to monitor and evaluate time and what capacity is required foe each country.
• Information Management: Created internal intranet page with the CSP guidelines simplified and flows and templates to aid in a centralized information hub.
• Reporting and Writing: Prepared strategy documents, create senior management training's write minutes and talking points for senior management.
• Administration: Provided general administrative support such as tracking documents and tools, updating databases, assisting with IT-related tasks, contributing to meetings by taking minutes, and supporting training preparations.

• Reporting: Coordinated, reviewed, and participated in drafting of different reports for UNESCO, GB and NORAD. Compiled Global Accelerator One Program Report, Technical Meeting Output Report, and one accountability report.
• Writing: Supported the writing and review of the ILO SKILLS manual on Digitalisation and Blending Programs in TVET systems to facilitate and train digital adoption.
• Event Facilitation: Planned, organized a webinar and presentations on Industrial 4.0 and Platform economy and how they fit into the world of skills delivery. Supported the planning of the Global Skills Forum 2024 by drafting and designing invitations, sending them as part of the ILO delegation to missions and meeting donor governments to invite them to the event.
• Assements, Evaluations, Research Surveys: conducted baseline research on skills for disability then conducted data analysis based on ILO STATS to support the disability policy brief presented as two graphs. Supported a country needs assessment for Senegal.
• Capacity Building, Networking and Representation: Trained 50+ internal colleagues, virtual and face to face on VR Software and Hardware of Body Swaps, Fireflies AI Technology and Botsonic AI chat bot to field colleagues working in TVET digitalization industry.
• Information Management: Created and managed the internal SKILLS repository by creating a UX Research Insights Database and User friendly Dashboard to atomize insights, findings and recommendations from internal tools, guidelines, MOOCs etc.
• Program Quality, Learning and Accountability: Developed 1 induction internal course on Articulate 360 to onboard new colleagues.
• Innovation and Critical Thinking: Supported the development of an innovation programme with 7 collegueas from China, Bangkok, Senegal, Kenya, Zambia and Spain allowing for development of big data, research and piloting of digital solutions across the global team.

Under technical supervision from Headquarters Senior Research and Assessment Officer I :

• Led the analysis and reporting of child labor prevalence in Malawi to input action in their National Action Plan.
• Compiled, synthesized and analyzed several data sets from economic research using various multivariate statistics applied in Excel and R and produced infographic reports summarizing the analyzed data in Adobe Ilustrator and InDesign.

• Co-initiated the framework to operationalize “Youth Engagement” in SlaveFree Trade Thailand and Switzerland country programs by initiating the S@VE initiative to robustly implement the said framework. As result, SlaveFreeTrade Switzerland currently has a social engagement and responsiveness initiative dedicated to going to universities and teaching about human labour.
• Headed the development of S@VE initiative strategy and monitoring, helping to prepare related documentation and events including the Global Youth Forum, and documenting minutes of meetings as part of event and weekly reports with a team of 3 collegueas.

• Developed international relations learning content in collaboration with 3 lecturers, leading the quality assurance processes and building the courses onto the ROSS system.
• Researched and taught 35-40 students on various international relations courses which facilitated their learning including migration and humanitarian research in the Middle East.
• Implemented a communication channel called whispers during COVID-19 to facilitate weekly learning which increased learning for my group by 40%.
• Awarded the best senior tutor award in 2020-2021 as I managed to produce a 75% pass rate.

• Composed and edited legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
