  • Project Management: Prepared and managed the Country Strategy Management Plans for 15 countries including administratively supporting on day-to-day communication, coordination with donors mainly BHA and ECHO and monitor partnership budgets, conduct risk analysis and monitoring of systems.

  • Capacity Building, Networking and Representation: Trained 50+ internal colleagues, virtual and face to face on VR Software and Hardware of Body Swaps, Fireflies AI Technology and Botsonic AI chat bot to field colleagues working in TVET digitalization industry.
  • Information Management: Created and managed the internal SKILLS repository by creating a UX Research Insights Database and User friendly Dashboard to atomize insights, findings and recommendations from internal tools, guidelines, MOOCs etc.
  • Program Quality, Learning and Accountability: Developed 1 induction internal course on Articulate 360 to onboard new colleagues.
  • Innovation and Critical Thinking: Supported the development of an innovation programme with 7 collegueas from China, Bangkok, Senegal, Kenya, Zambia and Spain allowing for development of big data, research and piloting of digital solutions across the global team.
