Job overview
- Developed a setup for pump-probe reflectivity measurement with varying pump wavelength using 1 kHz oscillator-amplifier OPA .
- Actively involved in handling and maintaining laser systems that comprises of Ultrashort Pulse Ti:Sapphire Oscillator, high-power-kHz-Ti:Sapphire amplifiers, Q-Switched Nd:YLF Green Pump Lasers and OPA.
- For low temperature measurement, worked extensively with cryo-blower and cryostats with liquid Nitrogen, liquid helium and nitrogen gas.
- Took teaching assistant for for BTech, Mechanical branch at ETH.
- Supervised one BSc student for his semester thesis and one intern for PhD position.
- Have experience of three Free electron laser beamtimes, two at SwissFEL PSI (both Bernina end station) and one at EuXFEL, Hamburg.
