• Led Livechat + Billing team of 14 individuals at time to implement multiple features within specific timeline.

1.) External Live chat system. Allows platform to integrate with 3rd party applications and keep using bot platform at the same time.

2.) User import functionality to import users into the system.

3.) Message search using Elastic. Portal user can search messages with there end users.

4.) DLQ mechanism using RabbitMQ to send notifications to portal users when the SLAs are violated.
