• Support insurance renewal efforts for various programs through data aggregation and packaging for submission by working with internal stakeholders or broker partners
• Assist with cataloguing actual financials to budget along with market rate trending to leverage in forecasting efforts
• Partnering with internal and external stake holders to identify relative trends within claim programs or insurance programs by data mining, aggregation and summarization of data
• Participate in presentations encompassing insurance or claims efforts as necessary
• Management of Self-Insurance program for respective state filings and compliance
• Oversee the administration and accuracy of the inbound Certificate of Insurance repository as well as the insurance team group mailbox
• Aid in the timely and accurate updating of the Risk Management shared drive with pertinent documents and formalization of standard operating procedures
• Serve as a significant point of contact to affiliate companies providing appropriate advice for claim reporting, budget, premium allocations, and general insurance questions.
• Prepare Insurance Premium Projections for affiliate ’s 5-year plan and weekly Workers’ Compensation indemnity report.
• Prioritize and work independently on multiple task including numerous spreadsheets are prepared and/or updated annually as well as SAP reporting, processing sales invoices, purchase orders & invoices, and conducting data research to resolve issues.
• Coordinate and collect needed exposure data from all affiliates for insurance renewals, actuarial study, and budget allocations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of insurance coverages and methods of allocation for each line of coverage to accurately distribute and clarify budget and premiums allocations to affiliates.
• Support Head of Risk Management and Insurance with insurance renewal data gathering, special projects, analysis and other duties as required
• Support the Insurance team:
• administration of major Nestlé Group global insurance programs (Liability, Cyber, Property, Directors & Officers)
• scope includes: data collection, renewal administration, renewal meetings with insurers, premium payment and claims follow-up
