NGO Experience: · 

Regional Coordinator at ELFA International (July'19–June’23)

  • Oversee and manage a team of thirteen people working on the Whole School Safety Programme being implemented in collaboration with Department of School Education, Directorate of Samagra Shikha and UNICEF across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
  • Manage internal and external liaison with stakeholders, partners, and donors.
  • Designed research projects and alternative approaches and discuss results with advisors. An overall responsibility for the monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and internal/external presentations of the programmes.

Project Officer and Office Manager at World Bank funded Jehlum Tawi Flood Recovery Project (JTFRP) implemented by ELFA International, part-time (April’19-June’19).

  • Coordinate with the government in Jammu and Srinagar, department for secondary data collection, the team leader and core team members of the project and/or contact person to get regular feedback of the field from the Consultant and direct interactions to be done with interviewers/supervisors, wherever necessary.
  • Arrange workshops, monitor the data collected, and ensure accuracy and consistency in the data collection to be submitted.
