• Established a complete workflow and testing protocol while building the automated solution which reduced the project time by 7 months

Leading a project in establishing monthly financial regulatory reports covering ten significant branches of UBS as required by FINMA.

• Created the reports using multiple data sources with automated full reconciliations to the golden sources

Aligning demand with IWM's strategic priorities and redeploy resources to achieve optimal allocation, acting as intermediary between Business Areas, Shared Service units and other Divisions.
