• Design and development of following Modules: Transmitter and Receiver module in L-band and S-band (single and multichannel), S-band RF Front Ends, C-band LNA & Power Amplifier module, C-band & Ku-band Block Up Converter, X-band GaN based Pulsed Power Amplifier module, X-band Up Down converter module, DC power supply and control distribution PCB
• Experience in making RF line-ups, components selection, power budget calculation, circuit, system & EM simulation of RF line up, coordinating with mechanical design team, conducting Qualification tests such as EMI/EMC complying MIL-STD-461F, temperature cycling, Vibration tests, Damp heat, Rain test, Bump tests etc., troubleshooting RF and power supply boards at submodule and system levels, designing power supply boards involving DC-DC converters, EMI Filters for RF boards, documentation such as BOM creation, GA, PTP in SAP, conducting Design Reviews(CDR, PDR, CrDR & FDR)
• Competencies Developed: Comprehend Customer Specifications->Derive Sub Module Specs & make detailed Line up ->Perform Simulations for the desired Modules->Design PCB, Layout & involve in mechanical design-> Generate Engineering Documentation for Production->Perform Qualification and EMI-EMC Tests->Assist in Customer Trials & Deliver the Product
