I work in Hotelis Palexpo at the large exhibitions in Arena called Palexpo, events,

most often I work at breakfasts an banquets in Intercontinental Hotel as a hostess.

My responsibility is to welcoming guests, answer to question's, provide them a best service, asking more details about staying in hotel, to be sure that they like everyone and be in professional way close with our permanent guest.

I work as a waiter in events from Hotelis Geneva and in a football and

hockey much as a cashier. My responsibility to make a good service

for our customers, do job well, be sure that everything is on time to make a best service.

It was a big hotel in Ireland in a small resort town called

Dungarvan, where I worked as a waiter, there was restaurant, bar,

dining room, banquet hall and room service.

Most of the visitors were visitors to play golf, as the hotel owned a large

golf course.

My job was to call customers interested in our casino. The main purpose

of our calls was to make customers permanent and profitable. I was one

of the best employees in the company, promoted to the position of desk

call agent. Under my leadership, new employees appeared, whom I

accompanied and practiced.

Answered multi-line phone system, routing calls, delivering messages to staff and greeting visitors.
