• Lead for People Manager Upskilling Program (over 2`500 people)
• Partner with Leaders, Managers and Employees in delivering the P&O agenda
• Champion culture and lead implementation of corporate initiatives
• Drive quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement for P&O related processes
• Provide strategic P&O Partnering by translating the CMO & Patient Safety P&O strategy into tangible action for the function
• Review and fine-tune the organizational design for the CMO & Patient Safety organization
• Develop an impactful talent and leadership development strategy and plan for the CMO & Patient Safety sub-functions in charge including: driving the talent agenda in partnership with the business, establishing quality succession planning for critical positions with development plans of key talent and building up the leadership pipeline
• Drive the culture agenda for the CMO & Patient Safety sub-functions in charge in line with the overall CMO & Patient Safety culture focus areas including fostering collaboration for impact, building psychological safety, courage & trust
• Leverage data & analytics for business insights to inform decisions and actions
• Activate business ownership and advise on and handle diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels
