- Experience with process equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and control systems.
- Strengthened ability to troubleshoot and respond promptly to plant abnormalities.
- Well-versed in interpreting P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and cause-and-effect charts.
- Regularly complete operation checklists before plant start-up.
- Proactive approach to plant safety, coupled with effective teamwork and documentation skills.
