Microbiological Testing & Validation: Conduct routine testing of raw materials and drug products (incoming, release, stability), and support microbiological validation activities.
Environmental Monitoring: Perform and manage environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, compressed air, and water (microbiological and particle tests, TOC, conductivity, nitrates).
Risk & Deviation Management: Support risk analysis and deviation management (5 Whys, FMEA), ensuring compliance and root cause identification.
Digitalization & Process Improvement: Lead or contribute to laboratory digitalization and automation projects (LIMS, ERP), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Leadership: Provide training to QC team members, serve as an experienced collaborator, and act as a delegate for senior specialist / microbiology team lead.
Documentation & Projects: Create and update QC-related procedures, work instructions, and contribute to various project management initiatives.

Sample Management : Bulk, stability and lab reagent

Environmental monitoring : Cleanrooms, compressed air, and waters

Testing : Primary and secondary packaging, complaint investigation, EM samples

Biomedical testing : blood sampling and biomedical analyses for clinical purposes. Worked closely with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnostic results

R&D and method validation : microbiology projects such as AMES test, detergent, antibiotic and container closure integrity validation tests.
