Accountable for lease with Italian Authority (ARPA; VVF; ATO; AMIACQUE; Città Metropolitan di Milano)
Ensure to maintain an accurate, up to date accident and “near miss “log, ensuring that all the accidents are documented and investigated, and any recommended improvements are implemented.
Prepare reports using statistical and other analytical tools for The Health and Safety Committee and company executives, showcasing HSE issues and success across facilities.
Drive regular safety inspections, fire drills, risk assessment updates, and review of lone working procedures, ensuring employees are aware of their responsibilities.
Participate as an active member of the Leadership Community
Support and challenge new ways of working with clear lines in the sand. Pragmatic and innovative in providing solutions to the project. The ability to think outside the box to find fit for purpose solutions to project team's challenges.
