• In charge of all Salesforce events and 0 to 1 setup.
• Master needs of the market and personal contacts of pharma cold chain and supply chain directors, VPs etc.
• Lead and manage the whole sales team within organization.

• Set up and manage the Salesforce as well as CRM platform; Boost company solutions and products to a global customer base.

• Responsible for sorting out and optimizing the measurement process, iterating the measurement SOPs according to the business, and combining with the demand scenarios.
• Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of business lines, conducting customer research, and producing regular reports on operational and effectiveness measurement strategies in combination with data analysis.
• Analyze the gap between ZERO and competitors by combining horizontal and vertical data reports, and propose effective supplemental strategies to increase the match rate of the database by 10% compared to two bi-monthly periods. (ROI increased from 0.8 to 1.0)
