  • Completed internship during my third year of Bachelor's in POWERLAB at EPFL, a power electronics laboratory lead by Elison Matioli where we focused on semiconductors and their losses.
  • More precisely the Role of Floating p-GaN in E-Mode GaN HEMTs
  • Actively contributed to research and development in the field of power electronics, collaborating with the research team on specific projects.
  • Did many experiments aimed at predicting semiconductor behaviors.
  • This experience provided me with a deep understanding of power electronics concepts, experiments and analyzing results.
