International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is a specialized agency of the United Nations in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

• Conducting research on stakeholders in the Development sector (ITU-D), under the Projects, Partnerships and Digital Skills Department (PPS) for the purpose of collaborating with the private sectors for international digital development in alignment with the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals
• Authored a 20-page research paper and worked with the Study Groups (SG) of the ITU-D team to conduct the “Tech Talks: Enabling environment for meaningful connectivity and digital transformation” event under the IAGDI-CRO chair, recruiting 10+ speakers from around the world in the media, telecommunication and technology sector
• Authored a research paper on “Child Online Protection” and reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Development, focusing on Very Large Online Platforms (VLOPs) impact on youth mental health to draw attention on the urgency of technology policy making for child safety
• Worked with the Head of Partnerships on preparing sponsorship packages for the Global Youth Summit (GYS-25) in Havana, Cuba
• Managing data visualization on Microsoft Power BI to drive private sectors and academia memberships growth

• In charge of the institute's digital development by building and maintaining the KGI primary website, ensuring high Digital Certainty Index scores through quality assurance and accessibility management via WordPress
• Handled operational and administrative tasks, including external outreach, event coordination, and communications across team
• Prepared marketing materials for KGI's events in Generative AI ethics & governance, Online Deception, Misinformation & Disinformation and Data Privacy & Protection

• Collected the global telecommunication and technology data using PaaS Heroku App and updating the database for the purpose of research on internet and broadband pricing in 60+ countries in the African and Asian Region
• Completed research, compiled data, updated spreadsheets, and produced timely reports using pivot tables, Python, Jupyter Notebook, and Google Colab for insights on market expansion possibilities in developing regions
