- Analysed research findings to identify models underlying killing of Mycobacteria Abscessus under antibiotic treatments.
- Utilize CRISPR technology to screen the drug targets at the genome-wide level of a mycobacterium species.
- Using the ORBIT system to knock out a list of genes in Abscessus and Smeg and performed qPCR to measure the efficiency.
- Developed a script that aims to align the sequences of sgRNA within the genome and conduct an analysis of the effects of off-targets.
- Wrote a script to track billions of cells in around 200,000 microscopy timelapses on a cluster.
