Michela Ferrarese

Highly motivated Communication graduate with a robust academic background in market strategies, consumer behavior, and corporate communication. Aspiring to join the "Skills for Transition" program to develop advanced capabilities in sustainable leadership and innovative problem-solving to address complex global challenges. My international academic and professional journey, including multilingual fluency and experience in multicultural environments, has honed my adaptability, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills. Passionate about creating impactful solutions for economic and social transitions, I aim to leverage this program as a platform to contribute to a sustainable and resilient future.

Since 2017, I have been an active member of Rotary International as the Prefect of Rotaract GaviLibarna, a global organization that brings together professionals and leaders to support community service, humanitarian efforts, and the promotion of peace and goodwill. In my role, I am responsible for coordinating activities, managing team dynamics, and organizing impactful events that align with the organization's mission.

From September 2023 to June 2024, I was a member of the student association FuoriCorso at university. My contributions focused on organizing events, fostering a sense of community among students, and enhancing the overall university experience through collaborative projects and networking opportunities.
