Année Préparatoire
Throughout the Preparatory year at EHL, we are trained and prepared for our internship. Some of our workshops are as follows:
- Food & Beverage Service: Training in table service, bartending, and etiquette for high-end dining.
- Culinary Arts: Hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and basic culinary techniques.
- Housekeeping: Learning best practices in room cleaning, maintenance, and guest comfort standards.
- Front Office Operations: Skills in guest check-in/out, reservations, and customer relationship management.
- Event Management: Exposure to organizing and executing events, including planning, logistics, and guest coordination.
- Wine & Beverage Knowledge: Introduction to wine varieties, beverage pairings, and bar operations.
